Colura’yı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanmamalısın. Verilerini nasıl işlediğimizi Gizlilik Politikası anlatır.

Hizmet nedir

Colura, kıyafet ve renk seçimlerinde sana yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Başlıca özellikleri:

Renk analizi: selfie’nden mevsim, alt ton ve kontrast tahmini ile sana uygun renk paleti. Sonucu Ayna Testi’nde kendi gözünle doğrulayabilirsin.
Colura Check (“Almalı mıyım?”): fotoğrafını çektiğin ya da bağlantısını paylaştığın bir kıyafetin rengi sana uyuyor mu değerlendirmesi.
Saç rengi denemesi ve saç kesimi önerileri: yeni bir saç rengini kendi fotoğrafında görme; seçtiğin yüz şekline göre kesim önerileri.
Kumaş deneme: yüzünün yanında farklı renkleri görüp hangisinin seni aydınlattığını seçme.
Üstünde gör: bir kıyafeti boy fotoğrafının üzerinde sanal olarak görme.
AI Stilist: etkinliğine ve dolabına göre kombin önerileri.
Dolap: kıyafetlerini fotoğrafla ya da desteklenen mağazaların ürün bağlantılarıyla ekleme, toplu aktarma ve kombin önerileri.
Karşılaştır: bir arkadaşınla ya da partnerinle renk uyumunuzu görme.
Paylaşım kartları: sonuçlarını görsel kart olarak paylaşma.

Önemli: Colura’nın analizleri, önerileri ve kuaför notları tahmin ve tavsiye niteliğindedir. Fotoğraftan yapılan renk analizi ışık, kamera ve makyaj gibi etkenlerden etkilenir; kesin bir sonuç ya da profesyonel bir danışmanlık hizmeti değildir. Satın alma, saç boyama veya kesim kararı vermeden önce kendi değerlendirmeni yap; saç işlemleri için bir kuaföre danış. Bu kararların sonuçlarından Colura sorumlu tutulamaz.

Yapay zeka ile üretilen görseller

Saç rengi denemesi, Üstünde gör ve benzeri özelliklerdeki görseller yapay zeka ile üretilir ve yalnızca fikir vermek içindir. Gerçek saç rengi, kumaşın rengi, kalıbı ve üzerindeki duruşu görselden farklı olabilir. Bu görselleri başkalarını yanıltacak biçimde (ör. gerçek bir fotoğrafmış gibi başkasının adına) kullanmamalısın.

Yaş sınırı

Colura’yı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. 18 yaşından küçüksen satın alma yapmadan önce anne, baba ya da velinin iznini almalısın.

Hesabın

Uygulamayı anonim olarak ya da Apple/Google hesabınla kullanabilirsin. Hesabının ve cihazının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını uygulamada Profil → Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil ile istediğin zaman silebilirsin; silme işlemi geri alınamaz (ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası’nda).

Ücretsiz kullanım

Bazı özellikler ücretsizdir ya da sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz hak içerir. Ücretsiz hakların kapsamı ve sınırları uygulamada gösterilir. Ücretsiz haklar kötüye kullanımı önlemek için hesaba ve cihaza bağlı sınırlarla verilir; aynı cihazda çok sayıda hesap açarak bu sınırları aşmaya çalışmamalısın.

Abonelik ve satın almalar

Premium abonelik: fiyat, süre ve varsa ücretsiz deneme süresi, satın almadan önce ödeme ekranında açıkça gösterilir. Premium’daki kullanım hakları (ör. Colura Check, Üstünde gör, saç tonları) uygulamada yazılıdır; hizmetin herkes için sürdürülebilmesi için makul kullanım sınırları uygulanır.
Abonelik dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenilenmemesi için mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmen gerekir.
İptal, uygulamadan değil App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yapılır. Hesabını silmek ya da uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez.
Ücretsiz deneme varsa ve deneme bitmeden iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
Tek seferlik satın almalar: saç rengi deneme paketleri ve tek seferlik tam rapor yenilenmez; bir kez ödenir, abonelik başlatmaz. Paketle aldığın deneme hakları kullandıkça azalır.
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir. İadeler, ödemeyi alan mağazanın (Apple veya Google) iade politikasına tabidir; ödemeyi biz tahsil etmediğimiz için iadeyi de biz yapamayız. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakların saklıdır.
Cihaz değiştirdiğinde ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda, ödeme ekranındaki “Geri yükle” ile satın alımlarını geri yükleyebilirsin.

Davet ve iş ortağı kodları

Davet kodları ve iş ortaklarımızın (ör. içerik üreticisi, kuaför) kodları ile verilen hediyeler yeni hesaplar içindir, nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kod başına ve cihaz başına sınırlar uygulanır. Kötüye kullanım fark edersek hediyeyi geri alabilir ya da kodu kapatabiliriz. Hediyelerin koşullarını ileride değiştirebiliriz; o ana kadar kazanılmış hediyeler etkilenmez.

Kullanım kuralları

Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:

Başkasının fotoğrafını izni olmadan yüklemek, denemek ya da paylaşmak.
Yasa dışı, müstehcen, çıplaklık içeren ya da başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek.
Yapay zeka görsellerini birini aşağılamak, taciz etmek ya da yanıltmak için kullanmak.
Hizmeti otomatik araçlarla, olağan kullanım sınırlarının ötesinde ya da sistemi zorlayacak biçimde kullanmak; ücretsiz hak ve hediye sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak.
Uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak.

Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapların erişimini kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

İçerik ve haklar

Yüklediğin fotoğraflar sana aittir. Bize yalnızca, istediğin sonucu üretebilmemiz için gereken süre ve kapsamda işleme izni vermiş olursun. Bir paylaşım kartını paylaştığında, paylaştığın yerde kimlerin göreceğini sen belirlersin. Uygulamanın kendisi, tasarımı, metinleri ve algoritmaları Colura’ya aittir.

Mağaza bağlantılarıyla eklediğin ürün görselleri ve markalar ilgili mağazalara ve sahiplerine aittir; bu görseller yalnızca senin kişisel kullanımın için dolabında gösterilir. Colura bu mağazaların iş ortağı değildir; fiyat, stok ve satış koşullarından mağazalar sorumludur.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Hizmeti kesintisiz sunmaya çalışırız ama kesinti, hata veya hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdan kaynaklanan geçici aksaklıklar olabilir. Bir işlem teknik bir hata yüzünden sonuç vermezse kullanım hakkın harcanmaz. Özellikleri zaman içinde değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.

Sorumluluk sınırı

Colura “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Doğrudan zararlara ilişkin sorumluluğumuz, o zarara konu olan dönemde bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Kast ve ağır ihmal hallerinde ve tüketici mevzuatının sınırlanmasına izin vermediği durumlarda bu sınır uygulanmaz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvuru hakkın ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakların bu maddeyle sınırlanmaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu şartları güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde ayrıca bilgilendiririz.

What the service is

Colura is a mobile app that helps you with clothing and color choices. Its main features:

Color analysis: an estimate of your season, undertone and contrast from a selfie, with a color palette that suits you. You can confirm the result with your own eyes in the Mirror Test.
Colura Check (“Should I buy it?”): an assessment of whether the color of an item you photograph or share a link to suits you.
Hair color try-on and haircut suggestions: seeing a new hair color on your own photo, and haircut suggestions based on the face shape you choose.
Drape test: seeing different colors next to your face and picking the one that lights you up.
See it on you: seeing a garment virtually on your full-length photo.
AI Stylist: outfit suggestions for your event and your closet.
Closet: adding your clothes by photo or with product links from supported stores, bulk import, and outfit suggestions.
Compare: seeing your color match with a friend or partner.
Share cards: sharing your results as image cards.

Important: Colura’s analyses, suggestions and salon notes are estimates and advice. Color analysis from a photo is affected by lighting, camera and makeup; it is not a definitive result or a professional consultation. Use your own judgment before buying, coloring or cutting your hair, and talk to a hairdresser about hair treatments. Colura can’t be held responsible for the outcome of these decisions.

AI-generated images

Images in hair color try-on, See it on you and similar features are generated by AI and are for illustration only. The real hair color, and a garment’s real color, cut and fit, may differ from the image. Don’t use these images to mislead others (for example, presenting them as a real photo of someone else).

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Colura. If you’re under 18, get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before making a purchase.

Your account

You can use the app anonymously or with your Apple/Google account. You’re responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app via Profile → Delete My Account & Data; deletion can’t be undone (details in the Privacy Policy).

Free use

Some features are free or include a limited number of free uses. What’s included for free, and the limits, are shown in the app. Free uses come with per-account and per-device limits to prevent abuse; don’t try to get around them by creating many accounts on the same device.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscription: the price, period and any free trial are clearly shown on the payment screen before you buy. Premium’s allowances (e.g. Colura Check, See it on you, hair shades) are listed in the app; reasonable usage limits apply so the service stays sustainable for everyone.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, not in the app. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
If there is a free trial and you cancel before it ends, you won’t be charged.
One-time purchases: hair color try-on packs and the one-time full report do not renew; you pay once and no subscription starts. Try-ons bought in a pack are used up as you use them.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store that took the payment (Apple or Google); since we don’t collect the payment, we can’t issue the refund ourselves. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
If you switch devices or reinstall the app, tap “Restore” on the payment screen to restore your purchases.

Invite and partner codes

Gifts from invite codes and from our partners’ codes (e.g. content creators, hair salons) are for new accounts, have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Per-code and per-device limits apply to prevent abuse. If we detect abuse, we may take back the gift or disable the code. We may change the gift terms in the future; gifts already earned are not affected.

Acceptable use

When using the app, you agree not to:

Upload, try on or share someone else’s photo without their permission.
Upload illegal, obscene or nude content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Use AI images to demean, harass or mislead anyone.
Use the service with automated tools, beyond normal usage limits or in a way that strains the system, or try to get around free-use and gift limits.
Try to bypass the app’s security measures or reverse engineer it.

We may restrict or terminate access for accounts that break these rules.

Content and rights

The photos you upload belong to you. You only give us permission to process them to the extent and for as long as needed to produce the result you asked for. When you share a share card, you decide who sees it where you share it. The app itself, its design, text and algorithms belong to Colura.

Product images and brands you add via store links belong to the respective stores and owners; these images are shown in your closet for your personal use only. Colura is not affiliated with these stores; the stores are responsible for prices, stock and terms of sale.

Service availability

We try to keep the service running without interruption, but outages, bugs or temporary problems at our service providers can happen. If an action fails because of a technical error, your allowance isn’t used. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

Colura is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the period the damage relates to. This limit doesn’t apply to intent or gross negligence, or where consumer law doesn’t allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. This doesn’t limit your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, or any other rights you have under consumer law, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes

If we update these terms, we change the date on this page. For significant changes we also notify you in the app.
